Also on the show, San Diego State University Anthropologists Dr. Seth Mallios and Jamie Lennox discuss the Jazz in "Let It Rock!", their new 5 volume set chronicling 50 years of live music performance at SDSU, being released in an on-campus, open-to-the-public event this Thursday, October 29 3:30pm. We also play music from the era and artists that performed at SDSU, along with something from the Jazz 88.3 Artist of the Week Zoot Sims and Thursday, November 4 Jazz 88.3 Happy Hour Guest, the Legendary Les McCann.
